Hackensack, N.J., November 7, 2017 (CNBC/PRNewswire) – Bramshill Investments, an award winning investment management firm, has hired Laura Simione and Joshua Bubbs as Executive Directors for the firm’s expanding sales and marketing group. Additionally, the firm has hired Gina Cifello as its Executive Director of Finance. Ms. Cifello will be succeeding the firm’s retiring CFO Anthony (Woody) Forns this fall. The firm has nearly doubled in assets under management in the past two years.
Laura Simione will manage Bramshill’s platform strategies focused on UBS. She will work with the firm’s senior leadership in marketing and client management to identify investment opportunities and solutions which serve the needs of Bramshill clients. Mrs. Simione has 10 years of investment distribution sales experience and was most recently at BP Capital Fund Advisors and Baron Funds where she played an impressive role in distribution and sales.
Joshua Bubbs, in his new role, will assist in managing Bramshill’s institutional initiatives focused on relationships with endowments, pension funds, and multi-family offices. He will also work closely with the firm’s senior leadership to identify new opportunities for expansion of the firm’s asset management business. Mr. Bubbs has over 15 years of experience successfully building relationships in the financial and insurance industries developing proven solutions for his clients. He most recently ran business development for the Barnum Financial Group; a division of Metlife.
Anthony Forns, who joined Bramshill as CFO in 2012, has announced his retirement. Mr. Forns has played an instrumental role in Bramshill’s growth and development and will remain with the firm as an advisor. Ms. Cifello joined Bramshill in 2017, as Executive Director of Finance and will succeed Mr. Forns in the CFO responsibilities for the company’s growing operations. Ms. Cifello is a seasoned executive with 19 years of finance and accounting experience. Ms Cifello played a key role in her previous position as Controller for RG Niederhoffer Capital Management; a New York based Quantitative Trading Advisor CTA.
